Financial and tax records: at least six years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, or such longer period where required by law or necessary in connection with an HMRC compliance check, audit, dispute or legal claim.
Marketing records: until you unsubscribe or we otherwise determine that the consent/soft opt-in is no longer valid.

We may retain limited information in secure backups for a limited period before it is overwritten.
